Well, ok, it wasn't created as a webcomic, but now it is hosted on the web. It's by Rodolphe Töppfer, who can be said to be the first comic book artist, like, fuck*ng ever (this story ended up being published in American newspapers in the beginning of the last century, and it's said to have left its mark there...)

I'm particularly fond of "The hoss cannot move because of exceeding fatness".

Damn, that is eerily close to modern comics that I shamefully enjoy because they seem too delibrately angsty.
