http://achewood.com/index.php?date=08122010I like how the Brisket36 Initiative involves the need for wisdom Known only to Mr. Bear. Perhaps this will shape up to be one of those "bring all the players together" arcs, despite my being just on the verge of losing hope (FOREVER) prior to Roast Beef's arrival.

Having Emeril's face appear suddenly above the word "help" would give me the chest-grabs as well. And yes, this arc is finally looking up.

Took me a while to figure out what's in the following panel--knives stuck in the wall? I suppose they are T's skinny boots.

I'm actually a little sad that the trash-spotting crew isn't going to manage this in-house. It seems like Ray (or if Ray's in trouble, Beef) saving the day is the conventional ending for the character(s)-in-danger arcs.

i don't think emeril and spongebath are really capabable of much more than calling the cops. and aren't you ready for a couple of achewood's conventions after this outstretched creepfest?

Ray and Spongebath can put together the clues (like when Philippe was missing in the dump) but Ray is A Cat of Action.

Ray is a GOF Champion and also has a debt in on the resident serial killer so it makes plenty sense to ring him on this pronto.

That debt really should be owed to Roast Beef.

The debt should also be owed to Teodor but I think Pete has sensed that he was not a main guy of that decision.
The word "help" is written there exactly as it is on the wall in my brother's basement. (It's been a nightmarish puzzler there since he moved in.)
