I find the idea repulsive, but even if it weren't I didn't, can we at least agree that this is not a model of healthy eating that should be followed by relatively sedentary people in the 21st century?
I think the commentary on preparation is glancing off the point of recognizable raw materials.
I've found it gut-happy-ing to remove items with high additive and/or processing levels to miles 'gotta have a single animal stylzes' tote board. This includes what I add in preparation and cooking at home.
Downside for me has been that I just don't want to eat some of those favourite things anymore because reintroduction comes with
consequences.
