But seriously, it can't be any worse than the story I told my youngest last week, that had a couple of bears going off to the secret picnic basket valley and getting poop in their fur from getting the gut bombs from all the people food and then running into a rabbit and solving their poopy hairy bottom problems with the old "does poop stick to your fur..." set up. i haven't seen child protectective services from that one...yet.

May I advise some old-school Berenstain books? Titles include And Beat Him When He Sneezes and Be Good or I’ll Belt You. I bought my brother a copy of The Berenstains’ Baby Book, which is pretty typical of their 50s-60s stuff (we had a copy when I was a kid). I like the cover blurb about hating babies.
