They also have bratwurst, jalapeno-cheese sausage and a pork sausage along with the standard weiners. I went with a pork sausage that was quite good. They do a set of cross-cuts to the sausage so they are still moist, but it lets out enough that it's not like biting into a shot of hot burning grease.
Actually, it was a good weekend for sausage, my first night in town Spouse and I headed over to
Ukrainian Village. Apparently, Ukrainian ice tea means you mix tea with a sweet red wine and lots of ice to get a cup of awesome. They did a hand made sausage on site that was excellent and the veal schnitzel was melt in the mouth delicious.
Cafe Crepe on Robson was awesome because I was able to get eggs, sausage and a spinach and feta crepe for brunch along with a Granville Island Honey ale.
The
Cactus Club on Robson kicked loose with some delicious twice baked short ribs with creamed squash that really worked out.
Chill Winston down in Gastown was great because of the patio seating and a cool vibe. The bison short ribs and the venison rack were done plumb right. The Bloody Lord Nelson was a
smashing good cocktail.
At
Bridges the crab & halibut cake burger was fine along with another Granville Island ale, but the outside seating view made it even better:

I hope you've enjoyed my gastronomical tour of Vancouver...
