White Trash Artichoke Dip

Suitable for many occasions, like bowling or a going-back-to-Minnesota party.

1 can artichoke hearts ( packed in water, not that oily shit )
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese, preferably Kraft in the green can

Drain the artichoke hearts and mash them in a large bowl until they're thorougly,  y'know,  mashed.  Stir in the mayo.  Stir in the cheese.

Scrape the entire mess into a baking pan of your choice.  Bake at 425 degrees for at least 10-15 minutes.  When the stuff is bubbling and there's a brown crust around the edges, take it out and serve immediately.  Enjoy with crackers, raw vegetables, or a spoon if you're alone.

It's great, because it's mainly fat and salt with some vegetable material to act as a binder.

Pain and suffering are inevitable in life; misery is optional. Our hells are custom made for us by our own mind.

If we let it get away with that kind of gangety shit.
