Title: The Northwest territory has something going for it

Who would have thought that there was an advantage to living up there. They have the coolest license plates  (http://www.15q.net/nwt.html) known to man. Is there any way I can have one of these for my car? Or just getting one smuggled down to me to hang on my wall would be good enough!
