Mighty tasty, this one (http://www.epicurious.com/run/recipe/view?id=102103).

The wine is Lindeman's Bin 40 merlot, which, for a under $10 bottle that's widely available, is excellent.  And it's from Australia, which gives it a little bit of flair.
