Mexico has decriminalized small possession of basically every drug. Meth, LSD, Heroin, Cocaine. . .

Seems like every other block in The Valley has a weed dispensary these days.

Maybe this will be like two already large storms converging into some larger storm.

Since the DEA said they were going to stop raiding the shops the business climate has become considerably safer.
