The news box reminded me that Numb3rs has been put out of its misery by whatever network it was running on. I don't know the industry stuff much, but it seems to me all the original writers must have left and some crayola-stained newbies were given the scripts and a drunk professor emeritus as a topic advisor. I'm still slightly bummed about the turn of events as even the veneer of highbrow life being celebrated on primetime TV is something to celebrate, IMO.
