Today I learned: Yogi Berra's name wasn't really Yogi.

(Also, that Yogi Berra was still alive till just now...)

I loved Yogi Berra, he was all class, all the way. He spent the twilight of his career in Houston and would be on the radio before every ballgame. Loved listening to him talk to Milo Hamilton (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milo_Hamilton), our hall of fame announcer who died last week. They were both so intelligent and knowledgeable about the game.
And boy could he hit the ball (http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/b/berrayo01.shtml)! 3 time MVP, Hall of Fame, 10 Championship rings! Dayum! As a manager he won a pennant in both leagues.
