Seconded. In lieu of barriers to entry (the Web having rendered that irrelevant), I think all aspiring humorists should have electrodes wired to the pleasure and pain centers of their brain. The first X attempts at a Web comic or whatever, are mandatorily accompanied with voting buttons hooked to the electrodes.
