Wouldn't be up to Jough to shut it down, if he so desires?

Well sure... but nobody wants it, it's broken beyond repair and it's redundant to begin with.  So hey Jough, why don't you just get rid of the wiki?

Or you can all just ignore it and then Jough won't have to do anything at all.

By ignoring it, we are enabling the purveyors of erotiek movie sex, and also State Farm Insurance.  Wipe that shit out.

Yeah, so? If we're ignoring it, we don't have to see the spam. The spammers are happy too. Win/win/win.

In order for me to win, the spammers cannot be happy.

I remember when I tried really hard to fix that wiki. The spam bomb it was then is the spam bomb it is now.

An Achewood wiki is a great idea in theory, but it requires a nonzero number of people who could be fucked to actually write and maintain the thing, and that simply does not exist

That is a thing that existed back in 2005, when this thread (and the wiki) began...back when we had more than three or four new strips a year.

So, yeah.

Oh wow, I just took a look.  So sad,  "The Achewood readership is generally made up of those who like the funny, as well as sticklers, malcontents, foodies, and those who oppose the use of the term 'foodies.'" I remember writing that part.  Now it is mostly a place to go for false links to cheap Cialis and Jessica Simpson nude photos apparently.

I like how all the main character pages are hosed, except for Cornelius and Téodor.
