Oh sure, they're fun to have around. But then someone who was selling you a root extract for stress turns around and tells you that AIDs is a made up disease and you shouldn't take AZT when you're pregnant. It's a thing where people gain a certain level of trust and are assumed to have a level of understanding and training which they do not possess and then things can go badly wrong.
