Could a 2018 Volvo S90 qualify as being "Of Despair?" Asking for a friend.

Paul, let Wombat enjoy her chopsticks before Trump makes them illegal.

They can be used to build a great wall of balsa wood a million miles tall and half a centimeter thick to stop those dirty Spanish Muslims from crossing the Rio Grande and taking our jerbs and imposing Shari'a Communism.  Why don't you love America, Wombat?

legitimately a better and less dangerous  choice than one of the two main candidates for President of the United States

Well, you can always vote for Trump so that we can Make America Great Again

Here we were, bitching about how him being a brand new father will ruin the strip and now suddenly it's eleven years later?

I feel old.

PS. Strip was totally ruined.

we would harass one another with in middle school - pull the pockets inside out of your 501's (or JC Penny knockoffs thereof) and tell your mark to "kiss the bunny's nose".

You're a phrenological necromancer, resurrecting dead memories.

Oi-vey, I got stung by the Assbar idiots that rule the Achewood Facebook page again. I'd already quit every other Achewood related page, but I'm still a member of the main group. Of course the conversation is centered on the latest strip. Someone pointed out that this is a real book by a real person. I suggested that we go to the books Amazon page and flood it with funny reviews. Apparently that makes me a sexist. I didn't even bother to try and defend myself, but what the hell, people! This is twice now I've been accused of being sexist for nothing!

What do you mean, "black lives DON'T matter?" You fuckin' racist.

Is that pronounced wee-wee you think?

As the Smuckles are of French descent, it was probably originally pronounced wee-wee and became wiss-wiss as they became Americanized. Much like how the English pronounce "marquis" "marquess" because fuck the French.

Has no one noticed the genius that is panel one? As a matter of his daily business, before the interruption of status quo that defines the comedy setup of the strip is introduced, Pat is just hurrying somewhere with a scowl on his face. Literally every motion he makes is a rushed, unhappy bustle. This is a cat who is absolutely bereft of joy and serenity in even the most simple, mundane actions.

Look, I'm sorry y'all. I'm just feeling really raw right now. Bernie is teetering on the edge of failure and Trump is ascending. it doesn't look good for America. So please let me dream of a time when Fascism wasn't staring America in the face.
