Some of his interviews aren't up anymore. I remember searching my ass of for a quote a while back only to discover the interview he said it in was no longer up.That said there's this:

What goals do you have for Achewood?
I'd like to see the creative work professionally compiled and published, and I'd like to adapt the Achewood universe to a more dynamic medium, such as television or film. Comics artists are so limited in terms of the number of senses they can work with.

In the past there was talk of an Achewood video game, a movie script, and books (aside from the self-published versions).  What's the status on these and are there any other projects currently in the works for Achewood?
Can't say at the moment! Sorry. We're thick in the middle of gearing up for Christmas right now and have all kinds of great things in the works for our readers.

And this:

4CR - Last year, you said that there was a screenplay, video game and more Achewood related items in the works. Has there been any progress made on any of those fronts? Can we expect to see an Achewood animated series on HBO’s fall season list?

Chris Onstad - Projects of that size take time to mature. Check back in a while, the best babies take the longest to come out of their mommies. I think any doctor would tell you that.

How often do you need a patron saint for digestion? I mean, in circumstances not already covered by the two they've got for stomach disorders.

They already have one: St Gastronomus of Poland, who in 1409 entered into a hot dog eating contest against a foreign stranger, not knowing that the man was Japanese and therefor invincible, and did not cease until his stomach had burst for the greater glory of the Mother Church.

A relic, believed to be Gastronomus' left nostril with a bit of hot dog still wedged in it, is worn by the Pope at all times.
