Sleeve garters? Is he in a goth barbershop quartet?

Alternate:

Sleeve garters? Is he in a goth mariachi band?

That's the greatest thing about kids. They can go from being all hip-hop, pant-leg for each ankle, t-shirt tucked into their tighties to all flat out lantern-toting goth in the course of a weekend.

How do Ray's glasses stay on, when his ears are on top of his head?

I like the dark makeup around his eyes, it makes him look like he is wearing a mask. Also, he carries one hell of a lantern. I wonder if he stole that off the neighbor's porch.

Later on he's going to lead the Olde Towne Hauntings Tour sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce.

So, for those who found this funny: it's just that he's goth that's funny?

Is that the joke - that he is a goth?

I particularly enjoyed the fact that LN is using the Royal We to address Ray.

I thin the humor comes from the silliness of the goth stereotype 'stad is adopting, and the never-ending quest of LN to find his own identity.

I think he was best as a pissed off bottle of Wild Turkey, though.

I just like the completely baleful look he's giving Ray. Ray, sort of slumped over, faced with Tiny Dracula.

It is simply the LIMIT.

That's right, I forgot.  Anything Onstad does is just great with you people.

Oh well.  Carry on.
