Shane McGowan romance update 12/19:  During an extremely aroused moment he bit into my arm last week.  Bits of rotten, crumbled teeth are working their way out of my skin like shrapnel today.

my cousin is learning animal names and noises.

he makes such astute social commentary as refusing to call a Chihuahua-in-arms a "puppy;" it is obviously a kitty. he meows at them.
he also follows around their cat, and yells at her if she climbs on the pieces of furniture she is not supposed to go on.

goddamn, kids are so cute (especially when you only get the highlights reel.)

That is awesome.  Chihuahas are clearly not dogs.  They aren't cats either, but I imagine your cousin just didn't know what sound rats make. 

My kid thinks rabbits are a form of small dog.  Also, he wowed his speech therapist last week by accurately and realistically mimicking a hoss's whinny.  He also knows that a cow says moo, a sheep says baa, and three singing pigs say la la la.

Were Bert and Ernie's bodies always this big? I thought they used to be smaller.

I love Bert and Ernie. Me and kellichou had Bert and Ernie dolls as children that we adored. Ernie lost part of his arm in some unknown battle so my mom stitched him back up. Kelli, do you remember that?

Also, I can no longer think about Bert and Ernie without thinking about Ray as a simpleton who gets most of his calories from Bert and Ernie dolls.
