I found this article, and I thought, damn, why wasn't this more of a special occasion?  These are the things we should be having holidays for people, not turkeys and indians.

From the article:

"Pogue writes: Late tonight -- specifically, 123 seconds after 1:00 a.m. -- the time and date, for the first time in all of humanity, will be 01:02:03 04/05/06."

Of course this is all predicated on living in the States and buying into these newfangled "solar" measurments of time.

So tragic that it went unnoticed.  This could work in another 'Bill & Ted's' sequel, though.  Their sons are failing math, so Bill, Ted, and George Carlin take them on a mathematical journey through history.

I remember making a note of the fact that it was 11:59:59 on November 31, 1999, because that was the last time every digit would be odd until the year 3111.  That was pretty cool.
