Okay, Doc's post was not re-referencing Linnea's source post, and thus is immune from the schmucky "I get it, see!" follow-up status.

Linnea's post, then, was definitely doing the IGI! thing, and then mine was just doing the ironic "I see what you're doing, and I get that you get it" thing.

I like to break these things down for the sake of Education.

That's not even a breakdown.. that's.. that's gnawing on the bones of meta-wankery until there's nothing left and then coming back for the marrow.

Jeezus... good job on that.

Q: Why doesn't Amazon sell Pocky?

A: Apparently, just to piss me off.

I was about to say "But you can buy Pocky in all the Asian markets," and then I realized, what century am I living in, thinking it is OK that someone has to go to a store.

ex-girlfriend:"hey dan, look what my friend gave me!"
*presents hello kitty "massager"*
me: "um, wow. that's... why are you showing me this?"
she: "isn't it cool?"
me: "you're my girlfriend. so, um.... who gave you this?"
she:"val!"
me:"the girl you drunkenly cheated on me with?"
she:"um... yes?"

that girl gave me stories enough to last the rest of my life.

also, this Daifuku stuff sounds basically delicious.

Now that I looked up Daifuki, as near as I can tell, it's just a mochi ball with something inside. Is this correct?

If this is correct, I've had these about 100 times, been offered them about 1000 times and I can buy them by the metric assload.
