If you put your thumb flush against your index finger and then place the extruding part of your index finger against your nose your thumb will touch the end of your nose and your index finger will touch your forehead. This works almost perfectly in my experience, if you've got a reasonably straight nose.

8 1/4"  That would be something to brag about.  As it is, according to the Football Scouting Handbookthat puts me just barely above "small" for hand size.

Good luck with the heart stuff.  You kinda need that part.

I've lost over 100 pounds, quit drinking, and have cut way back on my meat consumption.
