Frank is a lawyer from Kentucky.  He's married with two children, is a moderate liberal, won on Jepordy, is one hell of a nice guy and is the spiritual leader of the board.

Frank won on jeopardy? Large!

It's eerie isn't it?

Pan: Believe nothing these people say. They are all Onstad in disguise (and doesn't he maintain the voices of so many different characters just perfectly?).

Yeah, I noticed that too.  Ironic considering the welcome he got.

Spiritual leader of the board?  Dang.  I don't think so.

Roy Rogers (RIP?)

There is a Roy Rogers in the Thruway stop just outside of the town I grew up in.

...come to think of it, though, the only extant Roy Rogers' I know of exist at Thruway stops.

Perhaps the chain's name was only perserved for existing deals with truck stops and such forth?

Truckers are very brand loyal and tourists don't care, they just want to get a hamburger without having to get off the Thruway and witness rural poverty to get that hamburger.

I'm thinking he means that his name rhymes with toe. He never specified that it's only part of the female anatomy.

Roy's was acquired by Hardee's. In most the country all locations changed their name to Roy's. But there were a few pockets of resistance where the reverse happened. This is true in the DC area and apparently at truck stops.

V-Adore wants mega huggz from Onstad.  Plus marriage.

Curses! Revealed again for my true self!

(Sidenote for Panopticon: weird incident involving Onstad's presence on the boards some time back. I can't really explain.)
