This thread just reminds me of how much I want to play Lunatic Fringe. For a game that was a screen saver, that was gold.

Why would they be pissed?

Because every time I load software on this computer (which I am more or less expressly forbidden to do) it gets fucked up.

This is a valid concern.

You don't have your own computer? I can't imagine Aleph One would have very high system requirements.

Any true IT guys should be able to install Marathon for you from their copy.
Or quake at the very least.

Sure, they could. They are too busy playing WoW on their 60 inch plasma screen, the fuckers.

Note to IT guys piggybacking my computer right now and watching me type: please do not destroy my entire computer existence. I need this job.

um, so, I am pretty bad at Mafia.
I am supposed to beat these guys up with bats. But I keep accidentally hitting the guy that is on my side? he steps into my way. and then by the time I get to the guys at the end that you're supposed to shoot... both of us are half dead.

basically, it is hard to hit someone with a bat in this game.

Would anyone like to exchange Wii friend codes? The Mii parade feature intrigues me.

I think this was done somewhere else but I didn't have an internet connected wii at that point so, yes, this is a good plan nDed.

I downloaded the trial version of Marathon: Durandal on Xbox Live Arcade yesterday. Nope! As a console lifer, I have the slimmest of appreciations for old-school PC shooters, let alone old-school Mac shooters.
