Fracking is nasty as hell. I read a piece on the possibility of fracking in parts of upstate New York that are presently occupied by small family farms.  That shit gets in the water, then it gets in the grass, then it gets in the cows, meaning no more small family farms. Sorry, we don't need the gas that badly.

They haven't fracked much where I'm at for years, but starting this year they're going to do a whole lot more of it.
