That was extremely illuminating.  When I played in bands I always tried to roll up the cables in their natural flow not not because I thought I was damaging them, but because they lay better in the cases if they are not all kinked up.  But it was always really difficult to accomplish and it took longer too.  Now I see that it could be easily accomplished with the over and under method.  I could have really used this video about 25 years ago.

I don't really like parody that tries too hard to pass for what it's parodying.  It's like the humour gets sacrificed for cleverness.  The "tell" is near-facial-tic amount of winking that one guy does.  Honestly, the only reason I watched this the whole way through was that I hoped they might collapse in a pile of making out with each other and groping at the end.
