That is so creepy.

In the comments the cheese vendor is described as a "cheese monger". I would like to be some kind of monger. That sounds like a rewarding career path. Of what could I be a monger? Cola? Sweater vests? Cookies?

The comments are sometimes even better than the strip, amazingly.

This was comic is one of my favorites, and then when I looked at the thread below it, somehow it was even funnier.

I know how both Steve and the cheesemonger feel. We've all been on both sides of that transaction at different times.

I wonder if it was that particular red light that Roxanne was putting on.

Maybe that's why Sting was so driven to save her from her life of harlotry that evening.

I mean, being a whore is bad enough but a bear picking his nose and screaming about it.

It probably put him over the top.

That song, man. It's like, he only wants to help the one hooker he loves, and all of her friends can just eat it, is that what's going on? He doesn't have to start a community outreach program or anything, but he can at least talk to them. Maybe the other girls want to hear the nice song you wrote, you know?

I thought the biggest thing about growing up was realizing that only like 10 people give a shit about what you do.  And even with them it's only the big things.

Oh, and the police, depending on who you are.  (i originally typed ate, ha.)

You can also have ice cream for dinner, if you want.

Sadly, these were 'Merican style biscuits, maybe familiar as a scone to Commonwealth folks.
