you guys like your pictures, don't you. watch a lot of TV, do you? I mean, come on. Yeah from some perspectives you could say I'm an idiot or an ass or just plain dumb or a jerk or some combination thereof, but shit, pictures of pugs? Over and over again? Maybe it's just me, but I can only see two possible ways to interpret your pugs: Either you're validating my posts with a response, or you're as idiotic as you think my posts are. Or ... wait ... there could be a third possibility, namely, one or both of the first two possibilities coupled with irony. I mean shit, get a life people. Rather than post pugs, why don't you delete any post of mine as soon as you identify it as something likely to provoke the kind of response you see here, ban my IP, and then proceed to do something more constructive with your time? Not every fu(king thing in this world needs a response. Not every driver who cuts you off in traffic or on the interweb needs to be given the finger. If you spend your life responding to every provocation, you'll never have much of a life, and your consciousness will never rise out of the gutter. Of course, banning me on sight wouldn't force anyone to be any more constructive, and so I guess you'd all just sort of sit around and marinate in your self-centeredness. I mean shit, you don't have to interpret my posts and my points of view in a negative way. Fu(k. zoom out a little. try to see the larger picture. The way you all carry on, one would expect your reaction to some film like La Cite Des Enfants Perdus to be one of unending negativity. I mean yeah, there's a lot of gross shit in that movie, but it does tell a compelling tale, and ultimately explores the human spirit in original ways. I'm not saying I'm a genius artist, but fu(k, I'm certainly not as ignorant as you all. But I guess my argument goes both ways -- if you're all idiots, then I'm an idiot for continuing to interact with you, kind of like prodding a wild beast to get a thrill out of arousing the beast's ire. I guess I'm a perpetual optimist... I would like to believe that as a group, at least some of you could form some sort of understanding that reaches a little higher than your navels. As individuals, there would be no point in interacting with most of you. But taken as a group, you represent something more tragic, something more pathetic, and more dangerous. Collective condescension is probably the most dangerous dynamic in human culture, and my philosophy is that it should never go unchallenged. You fu(k heads need to be more tolerant.
