Man, sometimes I'm that dude in the lobby that smells like piss- it is cat pee people.  I try to change but sometimes you just have to get places right after work.

I ended up in the same examination room as the person who smelled of pee had previously been in.  It was far more overwhelming in a small room with a closed door.

Also the doctor was in scrubs (he was running nearly two hours late as he had been across the way at the hospital delivering a baby) and there was blood on them.
