Four complete musical strangers explore the sonic landscape
« on: December 08, 2012, 04:47:35 pm »

We did a gig recently, if anyone wants to check it out: https://rapidshare.com/#!download|790p9|2283516255|121202_0006.wav|394334|0|0

The sound was bad so I couldn't hear myself so the voice is bad. Actually most of it is pretty raw b/c new guitarist (motherlicker butchered most of his solos; also he has a pearl jammy feel that I really want him to shed) and lack of rehearsal, but whatever, it was a bit of an ad hoc thing, and inconsequential (Rio is very hostile to rock, and lyrics in English don't help). I suppose we'll focus on recording the songs properly instead of doing more gigs.

You mentioning the Pearl Jam makes it impossible not to hear. Otherwise, pretty dang good jam.

Thanks, Paul! Hopefully the songs' character got through the mess.

Jay, it's more like... hostilely indifferent? Rock is just too much whitey for a city so steeped in black culture.
