Good for you man, if that's what you want.

My brother has been in and out of the hospital for the last two weeks because his lungs have decided fuck it. 40 years of smoking have done them in.

One of my old roommates is also starting grad school and doesn't know anyone yet, so he decided to take the chance to quit cigarettes, cut down on drinking a little, and stop [THIS SUBSTANCE IS KNOWN BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO CAUSE MODERATE TO EXTREME CHILLNESS]. He said it is like everything in life is a little bit grey.

Except the cigarettes, he said one day later he felt like he had just gotten over a multi-year head and chest cold.

If he's past the near-homicidal thoughts that plague ex-smokers around day 5 he should be in the clear.
Ash, a pouch containing 4-5 hits of caffeine sounds like a panic disorder in waiting.

Ah, rereading it says the 4-5 cups was what's in a can, not per pouch.  Do you still have to carry around a 64-ounce 7-11 Big Gulp cup to spit into though?

I tell you, between vaporizers and no-bacco products the only thing hindering a massive cutdown in tobacco related sicks is human stubbornness and (stupidity).

A good buddy switched to e-cigs a couple months ago and has managed to completely quit the regular kind and ratchet the nic level down twice.  I'm impressed with e-cigs.

Vapes are pretty cool too.

My nephew is into vaping. I'm concerned that it might be as bad as cigarettes. He's getting flavors like Jolly Rancher and Pina Colada. That can't possibly be good for you.

You should stick an umbrella and a swizzle stick in his pack

Ha ha, they are the girly drinks of vaping. What would be a more manly flavor? Yard clippings? Motor Oil? Pussy?
