Sort of a meta-catchphrase, but the use of "all" as a connector for clauses -- "all Adidas and stuff, all weed in his hat, all smokin' outside the 7-11 til the guy yells at him, all driving home loaded and feeling vague regret."

In terms of things that have seen RL usage, I should point out that a quote from the first book describing those who regard Achewood "like a hoss regarding a banjo" has turned into an element of slang hereabouts. "Look, honey, you know I hoss-banjo all this Linux distro stuff!"
