I am one of those people who believe "the rules" (i.e. someone else's rules, to which I've never agreed or was even asked for consent) don't apply to me. Why should they?
because you implicitly agree to Their rules by playing in Their game? and by not playing by Their Rules, they label you Psychopath and lock you up until the medication kicks in.

v-adore- in my 8th grade social studies class (last year? somedays it feels that way...) i was proclaimed "king of analogies" due to something involving george washington, currency, and the carrot trade 'twixt new hampshire and massachusetts. at the time i thought it was nifty, in hindsight i realize how sad it all was:
"And 'you are obtuse like non-eucledian geometry' wins Simile of the Week! Congratulations! Please see the Secretary for your Free Pass to hole 7 at Mr. Richard's Putt Putt Golf & Arcade on the way out."
