Hello

Moreso, I went for a Crusade in the United Kingdom and i will like you to get in touch with me after driving by the house for more discussion as i am with the keys and the documents to the house. Please,i want you to note that, i am a kind and honest God fearing man and also i spent a lot on my property that i want to give you for rent, so i will solicit for your absolute maintenance of this house  and want you to treat it as your own,is that taken. I want you to keep it tidy all the time so that i will be glad  to see it neat when i come for a check up. I do that once in a while.. I want have trust in you as i always stand by my words. I love that they are sending missionaries to basically a Christian country.  One that arguably has more religious freedom that the United States.

So did you actually e-mail this person to try and rent their house a-cap or was this weird spam?

When I was looking for a house to rent, I mainly searched Craigslist; of the approximately 20 inquries I made on rental home listings, about 15 of them replied back to me with information about they were on a "mission to Nigeria" and "took the keys with them" and "if I could promise to keep the home in very clean condition" and "send the rental deposit to them in Nigeria" then "they would mail me the keys" so "I could rent the home and keep it nice" while they "did the Lord's work."

What she said.  Beware CL listings that don't have pictures of the outside of the building, but instead have incredibly generic pictures of the interior.
