Well, in season two he picks up a waitress from a restaurant, and goes home with whatshername - the port cop - but he changes his mind (not her), and his wife doesn't want to get back together but offers, if I recall correctly, 'a fuck for the road'.  I guess it's not fair to count the women when they raid the whorehouse, but still, I liked season two better than season one except I got tired of watching McNulty have sex.
