I had a little piece of cake tonight in celebration of V's birthday.  Yeah, that's why I ate it.

Also, V's birthday is more of a "weekend celebration" thing, so I don't feel too bad about almost missing it.

Happy birthday! Yikes, can't believe I almost missed it. On my 23rd birthday my mom said, "Well, you'll be 30 before you know it!"
