What? There is choice involved in one being pounded with image? Choice who dare offend as such! An image linked is not like as free as one same as posted for freedom true is not such!

Image posting issues aside, these are pretty swell.  German : Achewood :: Sturm : Drang.

Are these images the product of a personal translation effort, or does there exist an entire German Achewood database somewhere?  If so, what do they do about these strips?

I know that for TV the german (or whatever) is itself translated into a 3rd language that the average german speaker wouldn't understand. Like portugese or something.

Fair enough, but the jokes here are really more to do with German culture itself than the mistranslations going on in the subtitles.  It would be kind of neat if Onstad did German-language Achewood himself and drew entirely new strips to replace these ones, like with Monty Python's Fliegenderzirkus.
