Oooh, this concept ties in for me with another active thread, Favorite Songs--I propose we pillage and murder while blasting "Immigrant Song" on shoulder-held boomboxes!  (Which I swoon for whenever I hear it...that thundering, galloping beat drives me insane with its awesomeness.)

Robert Plant has been known to uh, borrow from others so it's possibly not a coincidence, but I would doubt that he was drawing inspiration from the get smart theme.

But yes I noticed it many years ago.  Actually a friend of mine pointed out the similarity many years ago.
