baconpop makes me sad that it's by the same people that make bacon salt. if their product didn't blow chunks this world would be a much better place. these guys, though, they're committing crimes against bacon.

They shoulda chopped the hot dogs and literally stuffed the onion like a turkey.  Carve a wide-diameter core into the center of the onion, one that doesn't go all the way through, and pack that sucker full of chopped meat bits.  Then cork the core with a chunk of the removed onion, and grill/roast.  Then, it truly could be eaten like an apple.

Sixteen bucks for a product that basically already exist and can be had for $3.  I guess that extra 13 dollars is worth it for a silly package.

But it's true, it defiinitely will last 10 years (or more).
