The little fella is not really easy on the eyes, is he? That's "Favelito" (uhm, "Slummy", "Shanty"?), a character created by incensed Argentinians to mock Brazilians. I find it very comical (the original pic has him waving two pistols w/ one foot on top of a soccer ball).

I thank you for your efforts.  However, even with such expert help, I still fall short.  Which is weird, because I've never had this problem anywhere else.

It couldn't be down to my browser (Chrome) could it?  Or is my shame making me look elsewhere for blame?
