Have you ever tried GimmeLean veggie sausage? It's pretty tasty. You fry it up in a griddle. In my grocery store it's in the produce section...I think they have it at Trader Joe's as well.

Why, water of course! After that it's soy protein concentrate (everyone's favorite).

(Made from water, soy protein concentrate, tapioca starch, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), soy protein isolate, wheat gluten, malt extract, evaporated cane juice, beet powder, spices, natural flavors (from vegetable sources), vegetable gum. No nitrites. No MSG.)
