so, we have driven a store across the street out of business.

will I feel a little bit bad about going in and buying their on-sale beer? yes.

do I feel bad that a shitty, over-priced sandwich shop went out of business? not that much.

I don't understand why things haven't come together for there to be lots of cheap food options downtown. Rent can't be that expensive considering how many abandoned/empty buildings there are, and every day my store has colossal lines of people buying lunch.
