i present to you the king of all burgers, the apex of the sandwich, the inspiration for every disgusting amalgamation of sandwich materials since bacon hit the internet, available at your own local Vortex, the Cardiac Arrest:

double meat.
double cheese.
double bacon.
two fried eggs.
extra mayo.

stuffed between two grilled cheese sandwiches.

impossible to eat, impossible to resist, impossible to handle, impossible to stay clean if even alive.

and no, they don't put your picture on the wall or your name in the book. eating the whole thing is nothing special. it's something delicious, and that is enough.

Sorry, that amalgamation has crossed the line from "sandwich" to "heap of assorted foodstuffs".

Everyone felt like shit for the rest of the day after this breakfast of two cheeseburgers, bacon, eggs, and two grilled cheese sandwiches. Thank you Big Momma's in the outer banks, where you do get your picture on the wall for eating this thing.

Oh snap.  Where exactly?

"Corolla" would have been fine, but I appreciate the effort.

I really liked Subway, as it is the only food option on campus other than dining halls, and then one day I walked in and just Couldn't Handle It.

I am way more into Jimmy John's, the Italian Night Club is my favorite.

Also lately I am craving a Chik-Fil-A sandwich. With a lemonade. I might have to drive out to Kirkwood to get one.

I have to make a pilgrimage to Chick-fil-A once a month or so.  The closest one to me is downtown, so basically I can only get sweetea on Saturdays.

I'm disappointed that Chick-fil-A is the only restaurant I know that serves Diet Dr. Pepper, and yet I would never order it there.

The Sandwich I Can No Longer Make For Fear Of Cardiovascular Revolt goes like this:

Spread butter on either a sesame-seeded bun or two slices of Texas Toast, and grill/toast.  Place a slice of cheese on each bread-unit so it can be melting while the rest of the sammich is prepared.

Put two hot dogs in a skillet with some oil to get an extra-good crisp on the outside.  Grill until crisp all around, then split vertically (leaving the two halves connected) and crisp the exposed surfaces.

Place hot dogs, cut side down, side-by-side on top of the lower bread-unit and cheese slice.

Crack two eggs in the now-vacated skillet and proceed to cook to sunny-side up status.  When complete, place on top of the hot dogs and cover with the remaining cheese/bread piece.

Slice diagonally, and use the egg yolk as a dipping sauce when available.

all these sammich ideas are rad because we can mix and match any of the specific details mentioned based on personal taste and local availability.

yeah, definitely going to Chik-Fil-A this weekend.
I'm getting my hopes stupidly high that they will have Cheerwine there.

Cook-Out serves Cheerwine. AFAIK, no Chik-fil-a stores do.
