I'm glad y'all are so smart that you figured this out.

But this is not bullshit.  It's not propaganda.  My friend is not lying to me or you by proxy.

I'm sure you geniuses were all well versed in every aspect of American history when you were 10 years old, but I'm inclined to believe it entirely possible for these kids to not have a fuck*ng clue who won a little known war from over 100 years ago.

Current political trends suggest that the North's win was sadly temporary and that, by the early 1980s, the Confederacy's long hard slog toward dismantling the Union's political process through generations of co-opting from the inside were well on their way to completion.

Well, as was already pointed out, one million isn't enough money for a start.  And it would cost $40,000,000,000,000.  What is that 40 trillion?  So most of those 40 million that you put out to pasture are going to continue working.  Except now they will be doing it under the table and won't be paying back into the system that is now an additional 40 trillion in debt.
