Yeah, the most recent update was last week, actually. Here's the important part: This morning I sent the DVD master off to the production facility.  The editing and DVD menuing are DONE. :)  They'll create a proof copy, throw that back at me, and if it's good to go, they start printing.

Is that a quote from them, or are you involved in the process?

Also, just rented Super 8, American Grindhouse, and Tabloid.

I don't know how I missed Tabloid when it was playing locally. I love Errol Morris and I love weird stories about Mormons. It's like it was made specifically for me. It's next up in the Netflix queue.

We caught Mission Impossible tonight.  Good date movie.  Certainly not much brainpower required.  They lay it all out for you.

Same here. I think it's worth checking out on imax. Luckily I had a gift card for that theater.

Saw Don't Be Afraid of the Dark (should have been much better) and Peep World (ditto).

Watched Bridesmaids. I liked it quite a bit, but I also love Kristen Wiig, and she's pretty fuck*ng awesome in it. I can't remember if the movie was already discussed earlier in this thread, but what did y'all think?

I watched it a couple of weeks ago.  It was pretty good, if a little formulaic.  Made me like Melissa McCarthy even more than I did before.

So where I work we have a theater in the camp. This week they are playing Secretary. Who greenlit that decision? Masturbation, nudity, cutting, sadomasochism . . . yeah, that oughta go ok.

I saw that movie.  I can't recall much of it, but there were parts that were sort of sexy but my overall impression was disapointment.  That's all I can recall.

I've been wanting to see that one.  I think it's somewhere on my netflix queue.
